The service is entirely free of charge to anyone who is blind or partially sighted, or who cannot read a newspaper comfortably, and includes the digital player.

If you know of someone who would like to receive the local news each week, you can sign them up by downloading the application form and sending it to us.

Don't forget - the Registered Blind/Partially Sighted number should be quoted or, if not registered, the form must be signed by an ophthalmologist, ophthalmic optician, doctor or other professional carer.
