Linda Franklin and Janet Smith revisited The Good Companions Club in Little Downham, Ely for their November meeting, at which they were presented with a cheque for £200.
Members had made Fenprobe TN their Charity of the Year after Linda and Janet gave a talk to them earlier in the year. The money was raised from their monthly tombola draw and other contributions. The Fenprobe team enjoyed a lively afternoon with enormous helpings of wonderful cream sponge cake and tea, and enjoyed meeting many of their members.
Fenprobe is very grateful for their commitment in raising this generous sum, which will help us continue our free service to the blind and partially sighted of East Cambridgeshire.
